Treatments at Fresh Retreat

- All SPMU & Aesthetic treatments are strictly 18+. If you look under the age of 25 you may be asked for proof of I.D, failure to provide this will result in your appointment being cancelled.

- Children are not permitted into the salon due to insurance and health and safety, if you arrive to your appointment with children you will incur a late cancellation fee due to failure to comply with our T&C's upon booking.

- As stated upon booking, we do not go over previous SPMU. If you arrive to your appointment without notifying us of this prior to booking or we are unable to work with the previous SPMU you will incur a late cancellation fee due to failure to compy with our T&C's upon booking.

- If you are late to your appointment your treatment time will be cut short or we may not be able to carry out the treatment. We ask that clients arrive 5 minutes early.

- We recommend patch tests for those that have not had treatments done with us before or within the last 6 months for previous clients. Patch tests are compulsory for pregnant women and those having henna brows.

- If you cancel within our 48 hour cancellation period or no show an appointment

on 2 or more occasions you will unfortunately be blocked from our booking system. Should you wish to rebook you will be required to pay any outstanding balance as well as the future appointment balance in full.

- We do not tolerate abuse or threatening behaviour towards our staff. In any case of this you will be asked to leave the salon and may result in being banned from the salon.

- Late cancellations, of 48 hours, and no shows will be charged 100% of the treatment balance.
